A person was taken to the hospital Monday morning after a three-vehicle collision at the 3000 block of West Andrew Johnson Highway.
According to the report from the Greeneville Police Department, vehicle one driven by Jonathan M. Winter failed to yield the right of way while attempting to cross the highway onto Hal Henard Road. That caused a T-bone collision with another vehicle, driven by Charity R. McCloud. Winter allegedly continued driving and struck a third vehicle, causing damage to the front end.
Winter was not injured according to the report, but McCloud did have minor injuries and was transported to the Greeneville Community Hospital by EMS. The driver of vehicle three was not injured during the crash. No charges were listed in the report.
