A man hired to do work at a Delta Valley Road residence allegedly failed to complete the job and took materials from the victim’s house.
The man, who was identified in the Greene County Sheriff’s Department report, was hired by the victim and showed her a business license, which was later discovered to be expired.
The suspect reportedly messed up the work on the house. He also allegedly took materials from the victim’s property and took them to use at other job sites.
According to the report filed on Thursday, the suspect owes the residents $112,000 and refuses to give the victims their money back.
