Two men were arrested Tuesday after drugs and other items were found in their vehicle during a traffic stop.
Deputies initiated the traffic stop due to the driver, Troy D. Brown of Chuckey, having a suspended license. The passenger was identified as David R. Manzi of Greeneville. According to the report, K-9 Narco arrived on the scene to conduct an open-air sniff and gave a positive alert on the vehicle.
During a search deputies found a sandwich wrapper in the center console with three bags, two of which contained a crystal like substance. The report confirmed it to be Methamphetamine. The bags allegedly weighed a total of 30 grams. Other items found included a glass pipe, cut straws, scale, torches, and a wire brush.
