Theft was reported from a storage building on 965 East Andrew Johnson Highway and it appeared as if the suspects could be living there.
Officers responded Thursday afternoon to the theft. According to the report, the storage building is to the right of the main building, which was found with the door broken into. Nothing appeared to have been stolen but the second building allegedly looked as if people were living in it. The complainant spoke with officers and said there was a box that had some of her belongings missing including Samsung phones, an ID card, and bankcards.
On Wednesday, the Greeneville Police Department reportedly responded to the same building and was given permission to trespass anyone found inside after hours. No arrests, suspects, or charges were listed in the report.
