Knoxville Man Arrested in Greeneville for Driving under the influence Friday night.
At around 6:30 last night, Greeneville police conducted a traffic stop due to a possible DUI at the corner of Spencer and North Main Street.
The driver, Daniel Wright of Knoxville, allegedly had an open container of alcohol next to him. Wright consented to a search, which revealed a bottle of 3,500 mg THC gummies.
Additionally, Wright was unsteady on his feet and failed a field sobriety test, according got the report.
Wright was placed under arrest for driving under the influence.
He was transported to the Greene County Detention Center without incident.
