A Florida man was arrested for DUI in Greene County early Sunday morning.
Deputies reportedly saw a car swerving on Shiloh Road around 2:30 AM. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver, Joseph Lock of Tampa, Florida, turned into the Tusculum University parking lot. He then proceeded to back into a parking space, with multiple attempts before coming to a stop.
Lock got out of the car, stood by the driver’s side door, and acted confused as to what the deputies were doing. Lock said he had been at a friend’s place and had a beer.
Lock performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken to the Greene County Detention Center for DUI 1st offense.
