A Man was Arrested at Town Square Shopping Center Friday afternoon.
Police were called to the parking lot at Town Square just after noon Friday, for a complaint of a male yelling and acting erratically. Officers arrived and identified the male as Benjamin McMahan, of Afton.
The report stated McMahan was not making sense, and talking out of his head. He was placed under arrest for his own and for the public’s safety, and charged with public intoxication.
