Among items on the agenda is a Consideration of a Special Event Application for Keep Greene Beautiful to host the Halloween Hustle 3 Mile Glo Walk and Run;
Consideration of a Special Event Application to close portions of Main, Irish, Depot, Summer, and College Streets for Halloween Happenings;
Consideration of Appointment to fill the vacant Council Member seat on the Roby Fitzgerald Adult Center Advisory Committee, Greeneville/Greene County Library Board and Historic Zoning Commission;
Consideration to approve the purchase of a software upgrade with Local Government Corporation in the amount of $48,500;
Consideration of an Ordinance to amend Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 202 of the Town of Greeneville Municipal Code exempting the requirement for special event vendors to obtain a peddlers permit
Consideration of an Ordinance to amend the Town of Greeneville Municipal Code to increase the number of special events, including events serving beer or wine.
Consideration to approve the purchase of vehicle detection equipment for signalized intersection for the Public Works Department
