A woman was arrested at the Tusculum University Campus around 2 AM this morning after reportedly passing out beside her vehicle.
Officers arrived and found the female, Brooke E. Skerrett of Florida, lying beside her vehicle. When asked for a driver’s license, Skerrett allegedly handed officers a container with Marijuana instead, along with a shoe, and a dollar bill. She was reportedly highly intoxicated.
She was taken into custody by the Greeneville Police Department and charged with Public Intoxication, Simple Possession of a Schedule VI, and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
