A man’s pistol was stolen from his vehicle that was parked on Heritage Hills Drive.
According to the Greeneville Police Department report, the man believes his door was locked on Wednesday night but Thursday morning he noticed his truck was broken into. Paperwork was reportedly scattered around the passenger seat and his center console and glove box were wide open.
The victim stated he had a Smith and Wesson pistol in the console that was stolen. It is unsure who could have broken into the truck. The theft is under investigation.
