A woman was found passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle Sunday morning on the 6000 block of Old Stage Road.
A suspicious vehicle was reported before 7 AM and deputies were told that a car was parked for hours with the lights on. Upon arrival, Vivian Solomon of Greeneville was found passed out behind the wheel. She was confirmed to have an active warrant and was detained. A search was later conducted and a glass pipe was found, a pushrod, a glass container that contained a crystal like substance consistent with Methamphetamine, and a cut straw. A pipe was also seen in a cup holder.
She was taken into custody for the warrant for Violation of Probation and charged with Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Manufacture, Delivery, Sale or Possession of Methamphetamine.
