Officers responded to aggravated assault on the 2000 block of Old Stage Road Friday evening.
The victim said while on his way to work a silver Jeep Liberty turned onto the Ball Road Bridge in front of him. After the victim arrived at work the same vehicle pulled up beside him. According to the report, the driver of the Jeep said the victim’s headlights were too bright; to which he replied they were factory lights. The suspect then allegedly took out a handgun and told the victim he would “make him a greasy spot right where he stood.”
The man reportedly left toward Afton Road and turned left with a partial tag number believed to be 810 JB. No suspect information was known at the time of the report.
