A Limestone man was arrested early Monday morning after Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a burglary call on Oak Timbers Road.
Deputies were called to the residence and observed broken glass and a broken door frame. They entered the home and found 32-year-old Jonathan Davis asleep in a bedroom. Davis reportedly broke into the victim’s vehicle searching for a firearm. Video evidence showed Davis ransacking the vehicle. He then kicked in the front door, shattering the glass storm door in the process. Once inside the home, he allegedly began vandalizing it before threatening bodily harm to the victim, who had locked herself in a bedroom. Davis then passed out in a separate bedroom.
He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center for aggravated burglary, burglary of a motor vehicle, and domestic assault.
