A Fall Branch man was arrested on Wednesday for aggravated domestic assault.
The incident occurred when 48-year-old Jimmie Crumley and another individual were arguing outside the home when a juvenile came outside. During the confrontation, Crumley allegedly pointed a handgun at the juvenile and then struck him in the head with the gun. The other adult took the handgun away from Crumley, who then fled the scene in a vehicle belonging to the homeowner.
When Washington County deputies arrived, they found Crumley hiding behind a garage approximately a mile away from the scene.
He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center for aggravated domestic assault. Bond was set at $10,000.
