Around 3:30 Saturday afternoon, police were requested to come to the Dollar General Store on West Summer Street on the report of a Trespass of Real Property.
According to the report, Bill Clendenon of Montford Avenue, had gone to the police station earlier Saturday to ask if he had any tickets. He was reportedly told he did not, but he was not to allowed to be at the Dollar General Store at West Summer Street. However, Clendenon apparently went to the address immediately after leaving the police department.
Clendenon had left the store before police arrived, but was located nearby and taken into custody. He was charged with Criminal Trespass and his bond was set at $500.
