A counterfeit bill was reported to the Greeneville Police Department on Thursday morning.
The manager of Dollar General on West Bernard Avenue reported a man used a coutnerfeit $10 bill at the store. The bill had the words “for motion picture use” printed on it.
The customer told the officer he believed he had received the bill from a fast food restaurant the previous day.
The bill was placed into evidence.
