According to the National Weather Service, scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and tonight.
Some storms may become strong to severe with large hail and damaging winds being the main threats. Not to mention, localized flooding possible in locations that see copious amounts of rainfall in a short period of time.
There will be showers and storms around at times from Friday through Sunday, and possibly Monday. A few storms may become strong to severe with strong gusty winds and hail the primary threats.
In addition, localized flooding will be possible, especially in locations that see multiple rounds of heavy rainfall.
