Students will spend a day exploring health care careers and skills at the Walters State Niswonger Campus Mini-Medic Camp.
The event is sponsored by the college’s Division of Workforce Training and is designed for rising sixth through eighth graders. The camp is one day only, July 19, 8-3 PM and is free on a first come, first served basis.
Refreshments will be provided, but students are required to bring lunch. Through interactive learning, students will learn about vital signs, basic first aid and CPR. This camp is funded by a Niswonger Stem.LD grant. Register at MiniMedicCamp.
