A man was arrested in North Carolina after a pursuit with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday night.
Two suspicious vehicles were reported at Towering Oaks Church before 11 PM on Buckingham Road. Deputies spoke with them who stated they were gathering for a get together. The Manager for the church stated he wanted them trespassed. A K9 was later called to the scene. Treadway reportedly turned on the car and drove off when the officer approached the vehicle.
A pursuit began and he reportedly continued to flee all the way into North Carolina. Madison County was advised of the pursuit, was able to spike the vehicle on Highway 208 and he was arrested. Nothing was found in the vehicle other than a bottle of pills.
