Police responded to a call Friday night in Heatherwood Loop.
Officers found a male slumped over near the mailboxes. The man was identified as Jerome Devoti, of East Allens Bridge Road
Devoti had slurred speech when speaking with officers, and he believed it was the month of February. Devoti was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication. A search found a small baggie containing 1.2 grams of heroin, as well as several Lortabs in a pill bottle. Devoti was also charged with Possession of Schedule I and Schedule II drugs.
