A homeless woman was arrested Tuesday morning for Public Intoxication and Indecent Exposure after officers responded to a disturbance on Old Knoxville Highway.
The complainant stated the woman was outside of her residence with no clothes on. The woman was allegedly yelling at the complainant stating that the home belonged to her and that she needed to get her children. When officers arrived she still had no clothes on. An officer got a jacket and zipped it up to cover her.
The report states she was talking out of her head and not making sense, making jerking movements showing signs of intoxication. She was arrested and trespassed from the property.
