A Morristown man was arrested Saturday following a multi-jurisdiction pursuit that included Greene County.
Washington County deputies were reportedly made aware late Saturday night that a vehicle had fled from the Jonesborough Police Department. Deputies located the car a short time later traveling on Highway 11-E. A traffic stop was attempted near the Greene County line, and the driver, identified as 32-year-old Lance Snodderly, fled again.
Deputies pursued the vehicle into Greene County and were able to stop the car on the Old Erwin Highway with the assistance of the Greene County Sheriff’s Office and the Greeneville Police Department.
Snodderly was charged with two counts of evading arrest, DUI, and two counts of speeding.
