Shoplifting was reported at Lowe’s on 2375 East Andrew Johnson Highway yesterday afternoon.
Officers with the Greeneville Police Department responded to the business for shoplifting that occurred on the 25th of May. Security camera footage was reviewed showing an unknown female suspect pushing a cart containing a Lowe’s bucket that was taken without paying. The suspect removed two Dewalt drills from boxes and placed them in the Lowe’s bucket. The female also placed a trim speed square in the bucket.
Footage showed the suspect proceeded to grab a Pepsi, opened it then put it in her purse before passing all point of sale without paying. Serial numbers for the stolen items were unknown at time of report. The suspect drove a dark blue truck but the tag number was unknown at the time of the report.
