A vehicle fire was reported on North Mohawk Road yesterday afternoon.
The victim stated he had just picked the vehicle up, hooked it up to his trailer, drove it home, turned off the engine and went inside. While in the home smoke was seen coming from the engine. According to the report, once the victim got closer to the vehicle, flames were seen coming from under the hood.
Firefighters arrived on the scene and put out the flames. The vehicles entire dash, wiring harness, windshield, and part of the engine were burned and melted.
