The Greene County Sheriff’s Department School Resource Officer Division will be conducting Voluntary Child Safety Seat checkpoints at all Greene County Elementary Schools with the next location at Baileyton Elementary today.
All the officers participating in this event have completed specialized training and are certified to inspect and install child restraint seats. If you would like an officer to look at your child’s safety seat to ensure your child is riding safely, you can stop by from 5-7:30 PM at Baileyton Elementary and a School Resource Officer will be happy to help you.
The schedule of the upcoming checkpoints and locations are listed below:
Baileyton Elementary: May 12th 5:00pm – 7:30pm
Camp Creek Elementary: May 15th 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Mosheim Elementary: May 19th 8:30am – 1:15pm
McDonald Elementary: May 22nd 8:00am – 12:00pm
Doak Elementary: May 22nd 10:00am – 2:00pm
Nolachuckey Elementary: May 22nd 5:00pm – 7:00pm
