Simple assault was reported from a residence on the 4000 block of Snapps Ferry Road yesterday about 8 PM.
The victim stated he was sleeping when the suspect allegedly started assaulting him, hitting him in the face and on his head. The report states the suspect took $100 in cash and other items including a hat and shoes, before running off.
The victim reportedly had minor injuries and no medical treatment was needed. No arrest was made at the time of the report.
