The Greene County Regional Planning Commission will meet this afternoon and consider granting approval to several subdivisions including a subdivision located near Sunnyside Loop, Sparrow Lane and West Allens Bridge, another adjacent to Blackberry Lane for a proposed renovation, and one adjacent to the Horton Highway.
The agenda includes a replat of lots for subdivisions and administrative approval for many minor subdivisions. The Regional Planning Commission will also review monthly reports for all activities recorded for the building/zoning/planning office.
Furthermore, there will be a discussion of changes in Tennessee planning statutes. The meeting will be held at 1 PM in the Greene County Courthouse Annex, Conference Room, located on 204 North Cutler Street.
