Items were reported missing on Wednesday from a gravesite at a cemetery on Old Baileyton Road.
The victim reported to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department that she visited her husband’s grave on Monday to care for the flowers she had there. When she returned around 5:30 PM Wednesday, she noticed that the flowers, landscaping lights and Arbor stick that she had at the gravesite were gone.
The groundskeepers were questions and they were unaware of where the items might have gone. No suspects were known at the time of the report.
