Employees with TEG Lease – Portable Storage Containers & Offices on Gass Drive reported theft from a motor vehicle yesterday afternoon.
Employees stated sometime between April 30th and May 1st a number of power tools were stolen from a toolbox that was in a truck. Tools included a screw gun, cordless drill, socket set and more totaling almost $1,000. No suspects were mentioned in the report from the Greeneville Police Department.
Officers also responded Monday to theft from motor vehicle on Old Tusculum Road. The victim said sometime overnight someone entered the unlocked minivan and stole a purse containing about $400 in cash, multiple credit cards, and other miscellaneous items.
The victim is working on obtaining camera footage.
