Applications are available now for the 2023 Free Visual Clinic at the Greene County Health Department on West Church Street weekdays from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.
Applications to receive services must be completed and turned in during the qualifying event set for May 10 from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Trinity United Methodist Church on Tusculum Boulevard.
Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Individuals who meet the qualifying requirements will be assigned to a participating eye care specialist for an appointment.
Priority for free services will be given to those who have not undergone an eye exam or received new glasses within the past three years.
The Free Visual Clinic is made possible through the Blanche W. Grady Community Service Award and Greeneville philanthropists Scott and Nikki Niswonger of the Niswonger Foundation.
