The annual Greeneville-Greene County Public Library Book Sale begins today and will continue for two weekends in May.
The sale is being held at 163 Edens Road in the Central Services buildings of the former Greene Valley Developmental Center. Signs will be posted to guide visitors to the sale location.
Full Price Weekend will be today, Saturday and Sunday, with hours of 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM today and Saturday, and noon to 5:00 PM on Sunday. All hardback books will be sold for $2 this weekend and paperbacks for $1.
Half Price Weekend will be May 5, 6 and 7 with the same hours as this weekend. Hardbacks will be $1 that weekend with paperbacks for 50 cents. The Bag Sale will be held May 20 and 21, where visitors can fill up a bag for $3.
All proceeds from the book sale will be used to support the library’s programs and services.
