Two arrests were made after police were advised to be on the lookout for a black Mazda pickup truck driving recklessly on Tusculum Boulevard.
A witness stated they saw the pickup run a red light and drive onto sidewalks Saturday around 7:30 PM.
Police found the truck in the parking lot of Greeneville Community Hospital East. The driver, identified as Michael Cutshaw of the Asheville Highway, was slumped over the steering wheel. A passenger was identified as Lindsay Lane of Cumberland Drive. Lane had an active warrant for theft under $1000 out of Greene County and was taken into custody.
Cutshaw performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DUI third offense, driving on suspended license third offense, and failure to show financial responsibility.
