A Chuckey man was arrested Friday after he crashed into a residents lawn and appeared to have overdosed.
The complainant spoke with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department and stated he saw the vehicle parked on McGhee Lane for a while before it drove across to Graysburg Hill Road and into his lawn. At that point he stated the truck began to spin. After the complainant approached, the suspect allegedly was passed out and his eyes were rolling back.
The report stated a bag was found inside the vehicle containing several needles, a white powdered substance believed to be Meth weighing over 3 grams, and more including a bag of marijuana. Deputies spoke with the driver who was being treated by EMS and admitted to shooting up Roxy (Roxicodone) before the incident occurred. He was taken into custody and given several charges.
