A Limestone man was arrested early this morning with aggravated domestic assault, felony vandalism, and evading arrest after he drove into an outbuilding and crashed into a resident’s front porch.
The victim spoke with deputies and stated she heard a vehicle in her driveway about 3:30 AM. The suspect Joshua Hinkle, drove into the outbuilding and allegedly reversed his vehicle, then drove it into the victim front porch. According to the report, Hinkle seemed to be driving towards the victim. He then exited and began cursing at them.
Officers were unable to locate the suspect upon arrival. He was later located down the road and placed into custody. The total amount of damage was about $1,000.
