Police are investigating a report of a stolen van from Fullview Drive.
The victim told police that Friday night, she had asked a person whom she named, to get something from her van, and gave them the keys to do so. She has not seen the van since, and believes the person might have taken it to Knoxville.
Additionally, the victim was sent a picture of where the suspect had told another person, they had tried to break into the truck also located at the residence. The victim found pieces of the truck’s ignition in a room the suspect was staying in.
The minivan is a maroon Ford Windstar with flower stickers on the back window, and is valued at $5000. Damage to the F-150 truck was estimated at $1000.
Charges are pending further investigation.
