The Greeneville Police Department responded to a driving under the influence on Bohannon Avenue on a report of a male allegedly overdosing.
Officers arrived at the ENDOT Industries around 12:30 yesterday and made contact with the male, Dylan Neal who was unconscious with the vehicle still running. According to the report, Neal had a white powdery substance suspected to be fentanyl all over him and in the drivers seat. Narcan was administered and he became alert. He was placed in handcuffs for safety and assisted to EMS, then transported to the Greeneville Community Hospital for medical treatment.
A search of the vehicle was conducted and officers found narcotics including marijuana, THC wax, fentanyl, and a glass bong. He was later arrested at the hospital for warrants on the DUI and drug paraphernalia.
