Two were arrested yesterday morning on West Andrew Johnson Highway after a traffic stop for no registration on a vehicle.
The driver Billie Magyar of Indiana was driving with a passenger who allegedly told a Sergeant with the Greeneville Police Department that his name was Thomas Gary West. After being questioned about his identity, the he stated his real name was Justin Miller of South Carolina.
A K-9 was requested to the scene that gave a positive alert on the vehicle. According to the report, a search was done and a baggie was found containing a small amount of a substance believed to be meth, in reach of both passengers. On the passenger side floorboard was a metal pipe with residue. On both the driver and passenger door was also a syringe.
Both were arrested and transported to the Greene County Detention Center with multiple charges.
