A Wind Advisory will be in effect for Southeast Greene County from 8:00 tonight until 2:00 PM Friday.
According to the National Weather Service in Morristown, winds of 15 to 25 miles pre hour, with gusts up to 50 miles per hour are expected in the mountains and foothills.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Use extra caution while driving, especially in high profile vehicles.
Winds of 10 to 15 miles per hour, with gusts up to 30 miles per hour are expected in the remaining areas of the county.
A cold front will sweep through the region Friday, along with showers through the day. Behind that front, cold temperatures will return with a hard freeze expected Saturday and Sunday nights.
