An Asheville Highway woman reported a road rage incident to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday afternoon.
The woman said she was traveling on Kelley Gap Road and readying to pull into a driveway when she noticed a white Toyota Corolla in her rearview mirror approaching fast. The victim started slowing and the car was right on her bumper. She threw her hands up at the suspect, who also made hand gestures and pointed to a dash cam.
The victim said she pulled into the driveway and the other vehicle stopped as well. She and the suspect then got into a verbal altercation. The suspect reportedly displayed a firearm in the vehicle, but did not point it at the victim.
The suspect then left the scene. The victim did not have any identifying information on the suspect or any vehicle identification other than the model of the car.
