Deputies responded to a disorderly conduct on Parman Road Sunday around 5:30 AM, after the complainant reported someone in the yard yelling they were Jesus Christ.
Upon arrival, screaming was heard coming from inside the residence. After approaching, the front door was found open and suspect Brandon Parton was seen inside with suspect Rachelle Seaton. Parton came outside unclothed and began yelling. According to the report, Parton did not make sense and seemed intoxicated. He was asked to go inside the home, but did not comply, continued to yell, and was taken into custody.
Deputies then came into contact with the Rachelle Seaton, who was allegedly unsteady on her feet and also seemed intoxicated. Seaton at a point touched and caressed the face of a Sergeant on scene and was also taken into custody. Both were charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct for their safety and safety of the general public.
