A man from Greeneville was arrested with a DUI on Tusculum Boulevard yesterday morning, after officers were called regarding a road rage incident.
The victim met with the Greeneville Police Department at Greeneville Community Hospital. He stated there was a vehicle following him since the Erwin Highway. The second vehicle, driven by suspect Robert Keith, pulled into the business afterwards. When speaking with Keith, an odor of alcohol was detected and there was a metal flask sitting inside the center console according to the report.
Keith was unsteady on his feet and admitted to drinking two cups of wine. He was arrested and transported to the emergency room for a blood draw.
