A Greeneville man was arrested yesterday morning on the Asheville Highway, after getting pulled over for speeding and not having a child safety seat.
The suspect Rocky Doan was registered on radar going 83 mph in a 45 mph speed zone. Doan also passed another vehicle on the road before getting pulled over according to the report. He was approached by a deputy with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, who noticed there was a child in the back with no child safety seat.
He was arrested with reckless driving for endangering others on the road and the child not having a safety seat.
