A woman is facing charges following a traffic stop Monday at the East Church and North Main Street intersection.
An officer with the Greeneville Police Department spotted a white Chevy Lumina around 8:15 PM with switched tags. The license plate came back to a Cadillac car out of Washington County.
The driver, April Mutter, had a suspended license. A K-9 officer gave a positive alert on the vehicle. A baggy with residue was found in the car.
Mutter was issued a criminal summons to appear in court this week for driving on a suspended license 2nd offense and violation of the financial responsibility and registration laws.
