A Greeneville woman was arrested Monday around 1:15 AM for unlawful drug paraphernalia after getting pulled over for speeding.
While on patrol, Deputies with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department observed a vehicle by radar doing 83 in a 55 mph speed zone. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver was identified as Crystal Carter. Carter did not have a license and a NCIC check showed her to have an active warrant.
She was placed into custody and a search of the vehicle was conducted. A set of scales and numerous amounts of drug paraphernalia were found. She was transported to the Greene County Detention Center.
