Police stopped a vehicle Friday morning for the driver using a mobile device while driving.
Just after 10:00 AM Friday, police pulled over a Mazda driven by Heather Norton of Doughty Avenue. Norton was using a mobile device while operating a vehicle, and it was found Norton’s license had been revoked.
Norton’s vehicle was subsequently towed, and she was issued a criminal summons for driving on a revoked license, using a mobile device while operating a vehicle, and failing to comply with financial responsibility law.
