The Budget and Finance Committee will meet this morning and consider several resolutions including approving the proposed national settlements with the remaining entities from the Opioid Litigation.
A resolution will be considered to submit an application for a Litter and Trash Collection Grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation. The grant is for the 2023-24 Fiscal Year and authorization is needed in order to apply and accept the grant.
Also for consideration is a resolution to appropriate up to $3,490 for a multi-source analysis tool (MSAT) from the Drug Task Force Eshare Restricted Fund, as well as appropriating the community development grant awarded to Greene County for firefighting equipment.
The meeting will be held at 8:30 AM in the Greene County Annex Conference Room.
