A Greeneville man was arrested Friday evening on multiple charges including weapon law and drug violations.
Around 8:00 PM Friday, officers spotted a silver Toyota Camry on East Bernard Avenue with no tail lights. After the traffic stop, it was found the driver, Caleb Gross of Nanci Lane, did not have registration or insurance on the vehicle, and his license had been suspended.
Officers found approximately 1.5 grams of Marijuana, approximately 47 grams of THC wax, a large bag containing Marijuana residue, a pill bottle with a small amount of a blue powdery substance, a black lock box containing 2.5 grams of meth and a glass pipe in the vehicle. In the trunk officers located a Taurus handgun that was reported stolen out of Greene County, and an AR15 lower.
Gross was placed under arrest for Felony Possession of Meth, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of a firearm during commission of a Felony, Felony Possession of Schedule VI drugs, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on Suspended License, Financial Responsibility Law, and Tail lights Required.
