A Greeneville man was arrested for criminal trespassing at a Greene County convenience store on Wednesday.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department responded to Creekside Market on Asheville Highway around 2:15 Wednesday afternoon. Matthew Waddell of Lonesome Pine Trail had been trespassed from the store around 7:45 that morning because he was reportedly harassing customers.
Deputies were called back to the scene by a store clerk who said that Waddell was back and harassing customers again by asking for money. Waddell was taken into custody for criminal trespassing.
