A juvenile who was transferred to Adult Court has been indicted by the Greene County Grand Jury on two counts of first-degree murder.
Jordan Michael Allen, who will be turning 17 in February, was arrested for first-degree murder for the death of his 7-year-old brother Jessie Allen and 59-year-old grandmother Sherry Cole on the night of April 24th 2022. He was charged Tuesday by a Grand Jury for intentionally killing both of his family members, inflicting blunt force injury to both their heads and necks. The deceased bodies were found by deputies in their home on 7140 Old Snapps Ferry Road in puddles of blood next to a parked Ford Bronco, along with assorted tools some of which were covered in blood. The juvenile was found inside a truck of a witness.
Allen who has stated the killings were planned, admitted to using a hammer to kill both his brother and grandmother. He is currently being held in the Greene County Jail and is scheduled for a court hearing on Friday, January 13th in the Greene County Court House.
