All power has been restored at this time, but over 1200 people were without power around 4:00 AM this morning due to trees and power lines down from the overnight winds.
The largest area of outage ran along the Baileyton Road to an area west of the Kingsport Highway and affected 819 customers.
Light & Power crews were out during the overnight rains and winds to restore those outages.
